Semi-Private Training in Winnipeg: Coaching Without the Solo Price Tag

Not everyone needs a coach standing over them for every single rep, and not everyone can afford to pay for one either. Semi-private training sits in between: real coaching, a program built for you, and a price that makes sense.
How it actually works
At One Family Fitness, semi-private sessions run twice a week in groups of up to three. You are not doing a generic class. Each person in the group is working their own program, built around their own goals, with a coach actively watching form, adjusting load, and answering questions in real time. The group setting lowers the cost per person without lowering the quality of coaching.
Who it is a good fit for
People who want real programming and coaching but not the full cost of 1-on-1
People who like training alongside others, whether that is a friend, a partner, or new training buddies
People who have some training experience already and do not need constant 1-on-1 correction on every movement
What you still get
A custom program delivered through our app, a tailored nutrition protocol, and 24/7 support in our coaching chat. The only thing that changes from 1-on-1 is the ratio of coach to client during the session itself.
A common path
Most of our members who start with 1-on-1 personal training eventually transition into semi-private once they have built confidence and technique. It is a natural next step, not a downgrade. Some members start in semi-private from day one because it fits their budget and their personality.
If you are curious whether semi-private is the right fit for your goals, come see the gym and talk to a coach. We currently have morning and evening slots running.
