PERSONAL TRAINING
Once you enroll for a membership you'll receive a "Free goal planning session". Most members start with a trainer and eventually go off on their own. Personal trainers are available for 1 on 1 or shared sessions (1-2 clients share a time to lower cost per client).
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Our semi-private training sessions offer a unique blend of personalized attention and a supportive group environment. With a small number of participants, each session is tailored to meet individual fitness goals while fostering camaraderie among members Experience expert guidance as you push your limits and achieve your best results in a motivating atmosphere. Join us to elevate your training experience and enjoy the benefits of working alongside like-minded individuals. Sessions run 2x per week in groups of up to 3, giving you expert coaching at a lower cost than 1-on-1.


Kids Powerlifting Coaching
Our world class powerlifting coaches offer a variety of coaching options for kids 8-18! We focus on 1-1 coaching or buddy coaching with siblings or parents.
